USE OUR SHOPPING CART: It's simple to use just enter the quantity and order!

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa and Master Card through Pay Pal or you may choose to call us and we will process your credit card via a telephone order. We also accept orders with personal checks, money orders, and credit cards by mail to: Old Pearce Pottery, P.O. Box 409, Pearce, Arizona 85625.

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. To check on your order, email us at oldpearcepottery@vtc.net.

NO MINIMUM! We encourage you to buy what you like!

WHOLESALE ORDERS: We do wholesale orders but there is a minimum required. We can customize just about any of our products specifically for you, please call during our regular business hours if you are interested.

RETURNED CHECKS: incur a $25.00 service fee.

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE: Orders will be shipped USPS priority unless the size and weight of the order warrants UPS. Insurance is included in the shipping and handling charges. Shipping is assigned individually to items and will be added when you purchase it. Adjustments in shipping costs will be made for combined items after the order is received.

DAMAGE TO YOUR SHIPMENT: must first be handled at the location of the delivery. Take the damaged merchandise and original packaging to the Post Office. This is where all claims need to be started. We cannot do anything until a claim is filed.   We want you to be happy with the products you receive. We try to describe our products in detail and use the photos for anything left out. If there is something you are not happy with, let us know. We refund upon receipt of merchandise in "as shipped" condition (excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges). Our pottery is intended to make you smile.
